Ingredients/Components
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn undrained - 1 item
- elbow macaroni uncooked - 1 c
- stick melted oleo - 1 item
- can creamed corn undrained - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix together and stir well. Pour into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle generously with Mexican style Velveeta on top. Cook at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes more.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
