Hash brown potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 3/4
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed and broken up - 2 lb
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except margarine and corn flakes. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Pour margarine over the top. Sprinkle corn flakes over all. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
