Spinach cheese casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- oregano - 1/4 1/2
- diced onions - 1/4 c
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 4 c
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 2 (10
- thin spaghetti or vermicelli, broken, cooked and drained - 9 oz
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
How to make spinach cheese casserole:
Saute butter, mushrooms and onions. Add to rest of ingredients and gently mix together. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Spinach, Greens.
