Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- frozen hash browns - 1 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs and margarine. Put into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs and melted margarine over top of hash browns. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
