  • sour cream - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

How to make hash brown casserole:

Mix soup and sour cream in a bowl. Mix other ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix in the soup mixture. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish at 350° for 45 minutes.
