Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- bag hash browns - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Thaw hash browns. Add onions, soup, sour cream, cheese and butter; mix. Put in buttered casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
