Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- plain corn flakes, crushed
- frozen hash browns 8 patties or loose - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix soup and sour cream. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes. Layer hash browns in 9 x 12-inch pan. Pour on soup; mix. Layer on cheese, then corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
