- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion - 1/4 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients together; pour over hash browns. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. The last 15 minutes, sprinkle corn flake crumbs over the top.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
