Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- hash brown potatoes - 24 oz
- mild Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Crumble together the thawed hash brown potatoes. Mix together the soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, margarine and salt. Heat in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Add to hash brown potatoes.
