Hamburg stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make hamburg stroganoff:
Saute celery and onion. Add meat in chunks; brown and drain. Combine soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 20 to 30 minutes; remove from heat. Add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
