Hamburg stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- flour - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, minced - 1 item
- hamburg - 1 lb
- can drained mushrooms fresh are better, but not necessary - 1 item
How to make hamburg stroganoff:
Saute onion and garlic in margarine until soft. Add hamburg and fry. Toss in a little flour. Add mushrooms and soup; simmer 5 minutes. Add sour cream and heat. Do not boil! Serve on rice. Will serve 8 people (a good meat stretcher!).Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
