Ham quiche
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 item
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- Swiss cheese, shredded - 1 c
- chopped pepper - 1/4 c
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- ham, chopped
- deep dish frozen pie shell - 1 item
How to make ham quiche:
Sprinkle pie shell with sugar and bake 5 minutes. Prick before baking. Whip eggs and milk. Combine egg mixture with pepper, onion, baking powder, salt, pepper and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle ham on crust. Pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle with grated cheese (sharp). Bake at 375° about 45 minutes until firm and golden brown.
