Ham balls



Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ham loaf - 4 lb
- cornflakes, slightly crushed - 2 c
How to make ham balls:
Beat together eggs and prepared mustard. Mix cornflakes, ham loaf and milk together with first mixture. Shape into balls.Combine brown sugar, dry mustard and vinegar. Pour over ham balls. Cover. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Baste. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more.
