Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- light brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- dill weed - 1/4 tsp
- carrots, cut into 2-inch strips or 1 lb - 1 lb
How to make dilly carrots:
Melt margarine. Add vinegar and sugar and mix well. Add carrots and dill weed. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Pour sauce over carrots and let stand overnight. Heat before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Carrots.
