- ham loaf mix - 2 lb
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
How to make ham balls:
Preheat oven to 275°. Mix meat, eggs and milk. Blend in bread crumbs. Shape into balls and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard. Pour over balls and bake for 3 hours. Baste occasionally.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
