Ham and potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- cooked ham, diced
- sour cream low-fat - 1 pt
How to make ham and potato casserole:
Mix the potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine (melted), salt, onion soup, sour cream, cheese (except 1/4 cup) and ham. Spread in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.Topping: Mix the cereal with 1/4 cup melted margarine. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese on top of casserole. Add crushed cereal on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
