  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • fine noodles
  • frozen corn - 1 pkg

How to make ground beef casserole:

Skillet brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Add soup and water; bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until noodles are tender. Add corn and bring to a boil. Add cheese and sour cream. Place in a greased casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quart). Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
