Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- cooked ham, diced
- corn flake cereal, crushed
How to make ham and potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. corn flake cereal, crushed1/4 c. margarine, melted Mix potatoes, melted margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese (reserve 1/4 cup) and ham. Spread mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan, prepared with nonstick cooking spray.Topping: Mix crushed cereal with melted margarine. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top of casserole. Add crushed cereal. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
