Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • minced onion - 1/2 c
  • Avocados, peeled and mashed - 3 item
  • Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced - 3 item
  • Juice and grated rind of 1 lime
  • Dash pepper sauce - 1 item

How to make guacamole dip:

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Extra pepper sauce may be added to taste. Serve with corn chips or as an added sauce for Mexican dishes.
