Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- Squirt lemon juice - 1 item
- cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 2 item
- mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 c
- parmesan cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- Light dash garlic - 1 item
- small can chopped green chile peppers, drained, optional - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Stir all ingredients in large glass bowl. Dump into Pam coated casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with butter and thinly sliced toast made from French bread or with bagel chips. If cooked in crock pot, cook on high for one hour.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
