Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 1/2 lb
- medium potatoes, diced - 4 item
- strips celery, chopped - 2 item
- ground beef, lightly salted - 2 lb
- or 3 cans Swanson beef broth - 2 item
- can each corn and peas - 1/2 item
How to make ground beef soup:
Brown beef with salt. Drain. Add broth, celery, onion, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper. When tender, add tomato sauce, soup, corn and peas.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
