Ground beef and cabbage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chopped cabbage - 3 c
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 oz
- soup can water - 1 item
- raw rice not instant - 3 Tbsp
How to make ground beef and cabbage casserole:
Cook beef in oil (brown). Add other ingredients, except soup water and cabbage. Cook for 3 minutes. Add soup and water and mix. Remove from heat. Place cabbage in 2-quart casserole. Pour meat mixture over cabbage. Do not mix. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
