Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cube - 1/2 item
- fish fillets halibut, swordfish, orange roughy
- minced garlic 2 cloves - 2 tsp
How to make grilled fish:
Marinade:1/2 c. soy sauce1/4 c. water1/2 chicken bouillon cube2 Tbsp. olive oil1 Tbsp. brown sugar2 tsp. minced garlic (2 cloves)1/2 tsp. ground ginger Mix all ingredients for marinade. Marinate fish for 30 minutes. Broil or grill fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste frequently with marinade before cooking.
