Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- oil - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- slices bacon, cooked and cut in half - 6 item
How to make griddle cakes:
Mix all ingredients, except bacon. Pour batter over bacon in hot 8-inch Dutch oven. Use 1/2 bacon slice for each cake. Turn over when bubbles start to break.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast.
