  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • flour
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • egg - 1 item

How to make griddle cakes:

Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir well to mix. Combine milk, egg and oil in bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Grease hot griddle and pour batter for cakes.
