Green enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- ground beef - 2 lb
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- green onion powdered chip mix - 1/2 pkg
- small can chopped green chili peppers - 1 item
- small jar chopped pimento - 1 item
- sauted corn tortillas - 1 pkg
How to make green enchiladas:
Brown the ground beef and onion in skillet. Mix separately the cheese, milk, chip mix, chili peppers, pimento and chicken soup. Layer the tortillas on the bottom of 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish. Add mixture, then meat. Top with grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350° until bubbly hot.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
