- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 2
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- powdered sugar
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- Glaze - 1 item
How to make fruit swirl coffee cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 to 2 Tbsp. milk Mix all ingredients except pie filling and glaze. Spread 2/3 of the batter in greased sheet cake pan. Spread pie filling over batter. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls onto pie filling. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Combine ingredients for glaze and drizzle over cake while warm.Recipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Coffee cakes.
