Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cooked green beans or 2 1 lb - 2 lb
How to make green bean casserole:
Cook onion in butter until transparent. Add flour and stir. Add sour cream and stir. Pour over beans in an ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Green/yellow beans.
