Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- can corn - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- or 3 carrots - 2 item
- can early peas - 1 item
- can large whole, peeled tomatoes - 1 item
- Tabasco, pepper, salt, paprika and anything else to season to taste - 1 item
How to make goulash:
Brown ground beef with onions, green pepper and garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add tomatoes, peas, corn and carrots. Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour and season to taste as you go. Serve over noodles or rice. Feeds 5 hungry people.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
