Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- or 6 large potatoes - 3 lb
How to make golden parmesan potatoes:
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Mix together flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Roll potatoes in mixture. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place potatoes in pan and bake 1 hour at 375°. Turn potatoes after 1/2 hour of cooking.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
