Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- stick margarine - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- tube Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 item
- Kraft medium sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables according to package directions. (You may add more vegetables if you wish.) Drain well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix onions, mayonnaise and cheese together and spread over vegetables. Melt margarine. Mix with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top.
