- milk - 2 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- slices American cheese - 8 item
- sticks melted butter - 2 item
- broccoli pieces - 20 oz
- box Ritz crackers - 1/2 item
- cauliflower pieces - 20 oz
How to make broccoli and cauliflower casserole:
Heat milk and flour until hot. Add cheese and heat until melted and thick. Mix Ritz crackers with melted butter. Cook veggies. In 13 x 9-inch pan, place veggies. Pour sauce over and spread. Place cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutRecipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
