- sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- blanched whole almonds, cashews, raw peanuts or pecan halves
How to make glazed nuts:
In a heavy 8-inch skillet combine nuts, sugar and butter or margarine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 6 to 8 minutes or until sugar is melted and golden in color and nuts are toasted.
