Caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- popped corn - 6 qt
- soda - 1 tsp
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make caramel popcorn:
Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add soda and butter flavoring. Stir well into popcorn. Bake in oven at 100° for about 1 hour, stirring about every 15 minutes until dry.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
