Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- carrots - 2 lb
How to make glazed carrots:
Wash and scrape carrots; cut in diagonal slices. Cook, covered in small amount of water until tender. Stir in sugar and butter; cook until carrots are coated. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
