Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- cans clams - 4 item
- small onions, minced - 3 item
- sweet basil leaves - 1 tsp
- clam juice optional - 1 Tbsp
- lots of parsley - 1 item
How to make linguini:
In pan, simmer butter, oil, garlic, onion and parsley; add clams, juice and basil. Simmer; never bring to boil. To remaining juice from can of clams, add cornstarch. Pour into mixture and stir. Pour over cooked linguini to serve.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
