- potatoes - 3 lb
- cloves garlic, chopped - 6 item
- chopped chives - 1/3 c
- cube butter - 1 item
How to make garlicky mashed potatoes:
Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Cook potatoes until tender with peeled chopped garlic and salt, remove water and add cream cheese, butter, chopped chives and salt to taste. Beat with mixer or mash with masher. Serve hot with slice of butter and sprinkled with more chopped chives.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
