Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- oil for frying - 1 item
How to make funnel cakes:
Combine egg, milk, sugar, baking powder, flour and salt in mixer bowl. Beat until smooth. Heat 1-inch of oil to 375° in electric skillet. Spoon 1/2 cup batter at a time into funnel, closing spout with finger. Drizzle batter into spiral into oil. Fry until brown on both sides, turning once.
