Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• butter - 2 Tbsp
• peanut butter - 1/2 c
• sugar - 1 c
• egg - 1 item
• milk - 1/3 c
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream butter; add peanut butter and cream again. Gradually add sugar, egg, milk and then flour, baking powder and salt (already sifted). Mix into a dough. Roll into a thin dough and cut with floured cookie cutters. Place in buttered pan and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake in hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
