- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- fruit cocktail - 1 c
How to make fruit cocktail coffee cake:
Mix in a bowl sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, egg and fruit cocktail. Pour in a 9 x 9-inch pan* (greased).Topping: Mix brown sugar and nuts. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Yields 8 servings.
*Can use pie plate.
