Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar
- vanilla ice cream - 1 item
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- hot water - 1 to
How to make hot fudge cake:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 3/4 to 2 c. hot water vanilla ice cream Mix dry ingredients with milk, oil and vanilla flavoring. Add nuts and pour into 9 x 9-inch baking pan.Topping: Mix brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over the mixture. Gently pour hot tap water over this. Do not stir. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before serving. Chocolate sauce will settle to bottom of pan during cooking. Cut into 9 pieces. Add ice cream and spoon chocolate sauce over ice cream and cake.
