- eggs - 3 item
- to 3 drops vanilla - 2 item
- spoons vegetable oil - 10 item
- spoons sugar - 15 item
- spoons flour - 15 item
- spoons milk - 15 item
- fruit berries or plums or peaches, cut in cubes, lightly coated with flour - 1 lb
How to make fruit cake:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour batter in an oven pan after being greased and floured. Add the fruits on the top and bake it at 375° to 400° for 1/2 hour. Pierce with a toothpick to check doneness. Cool for 15 minutes before cutting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
