Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1 lb
- pecans - 1 lb
- candied cherries - 1 lb
- candied pineapple - 1 lb
- dates - 1 lb
- cans Eagle Brand milk - 2 item
How to make fruit cake:
Chop pecans, candied cherries, pineapple and dates. Add coconut and Eagle Brand milk. Use angel food cake pan or make 1 large cake or can make small cakes or cupcakes. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
