Ingredients/Components

• coconut - 1 lb
• pecans - 1 lb
• candied cherries - 1 lb
• candied pineapple - 1 lb
• dates - 1 lb
• cans Eagle Brand milk - 2 item

How to make fruit cake:

Chop pecans, candied cherries, pineapple and dates. Add coconut and Eagle Brand milk. Use angel food cake pan or make 1 large cake or can make small cakes or cupcakes. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
