- eggs - 12 item
- whipping cream - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Preheat oven to 325°. Brown sausage in skillet; drain. Break eggs into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Prick yolks; do not stir. Layer sausage and cheese over eggs. Pour whipping cream over top. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.Recipe categories: Holiday, Breakfast, Casseroles.
