Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/3 c
- cream cheese, softened
- instant coffee powder - 3 Tbsp
How to make cappuccino cheesecake:
Filling:2 lb. cream cheese, softened4 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cinnamon3 Tbsp. instant coffee powder Topping:1 c. sour cream1/2 c. sugar1 Tbsp. cocoa1 tsp. cinnamon Crust: Blend thoroughly with fork. Pat over bottom and part of the way up sides of 10-inch cheesecake pan.Filling: Cream the cheese thoroughly with electric mixer. Add eggs, beating well after each. Add remaining ingredients and blend until just well-mixed. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350° about 45 to 60 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven. Cover with topping and bake for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
Topping; Mix together well and proceed as described above.
