Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 grated
- cans sweetened condensed milk - 3 item
- candied cherries - 1 lb
- candied pineapple - 1 lb
- dates - 1 lb
- pecans 2 c - 1 lb
How to make fruit cake:
Cut all fruits and mix thoroughly. Add milk. Bake in 2 pans 2 1/2 hours at 200°. May be baked in one tube pan for 4 hours at 200°. Line pan with brown paper and grease. Leave in pan overnight.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
