Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• stick margarine - 1 item
• baking powder
• nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
• maraschino cherries, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make holiday gift cake:

Blend cream cheese, sugar, margarine and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Combine remaining flour with cherries and nuts. Fold into the batter. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minut
