Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- cream - 1 c
- oleo - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- strawberries, drained well - 1 qt
How to make frozen strawberry salad:
Make crumbs of flour, brown sugar and oleo. Put 1/2 cup of your crumb mixture in a flat dish. Reserve the rest for the topping. Beat egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and strawberries together 10 minutes with mixer. Whip cream and fold into strawberry mixture.
