- brown sugar - 1 item
- butter - 1 item
- to 6 medium sized sweet potatoes - 5 item
How to make fried sweet potatoes:
Boil sweet potatoes until just cooked through. Drain. Cool. Peel skins off and cut into 1/2-inch thick circles. On a greased griddle, fry until lightly brown on both sides. Serve with brown sugar and butter if desired.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
