- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- box Lemon Supreme cake mix Duncan Hines - 1 item
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Frosting:3 c. powdered sugar juice of 3 lemons (or use 2 lemons and 1/4 c. apricot nectar) Mix all cake ingredients together in bowl and mix together until well blended. Bake in tube pan at 325° for 45 minutes. When cake is baked, turn out of pan. Immediately pour icing over it. With a sharp knife or toothpick, make several holes in cake so icing can run deep into cake.Frosting: Mix sugar and juice until well blended. Pour over cake.
